Learning Objective

Use the Cornerstone Principles to analyze if someone is applying DiSC effectively. Gain confidence by reflecting on and preparing responses.

Target Audience

Professional adults seeking Everything DiSC Certification credentials (facilitators who have completed foundational training).

Project Context/What I did

In this activity, learners read about how someone is applying DiSC. They need to reflect on what they want to say to either positively reinforce the behavior or redirect them. They write in a short answer, read how other people answered it, and then they save/print their answers along with the “expert” answer. I considered it table-stakes that we would be able to give them a record of the work we were asking them to do. And so I learned what I had to (some Javascript, CSS, HTML) to make it happen.

Key Skill Showcase

Willing to go the extra mile and learn what needs to be learned to deliver. I don’t ship AROUND tech constraints, I eliminate them.

Reflection

I’ve enthusiastically integrated ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into my workflow because I can do (or learn how to do it quicker) all the things I knew were possible, but I lacked the coding know-how to realize it. Or as in the case of this handout, realize what I imagined versus what I could learn within the time constraints.
