Strategic Overview & Impact
I championed an in-house shoot for the Everything DiSC Productive Conflict beta videos to develop team production skills. This was a substantial project, resulting in 10 minutes of finished video content. The footage was so successful (93.5% End User Satisfaction) that it was approved as the final product, saving the company significant reshoot costs.
The video’s content was widely praised by partners for being highly relatable and driving deeper participant insight.
“I think these are probably some of the better videos Wiley’s come out with.”

Key Contributions
- Strategic Production: Advocated for and led the in-house beta shoot with colleagues to build team production experience.
- Creative development: Contributed to scriptwriting and foundational development of the Productive Conflict product ensuring the experience delivered on instructional goals. That level of rigor turned “test” footage into a highly relatable final product.
- Advanced Post-Production & VFX: I had full ownership of the final edit, executing professional color correction, sound mix, and motion tracking with rotoscoping to seamlessly hide visible microphones.
- Technical Persistence: Overcame significant software stability and technical hurdles through troubleshooting and persistent effort.
Lessons Learned
Always hide the mic.
