I produced this video for the Catalyst platform facilitation. I wanted the video to establish a warm, human, and reflective tone for a new digital learning experience.
I re-envisioned the narrative structure, shifting the focus from an abstract lecture on the DiSC model to an engaging piece of visual storytelling about people.
The video was praised for its “diversity, warmth, and humanity,” with partners saying it is “My favorite video we’ve ever done” and requesting it for marketing use due to its emotional resonance.
