Strategic Overview & Impact

I championed and led the complete video refresh for the foundational Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator system, owning the creative vision, script oversight, and budget management to deliver a major product enhancement.

The refresh aimed for more realistic and engaging videos to drive deeper participant discussion and reflection.

The resulting 21 minutes of finished video content achieved 93.5% Learner Satisfaction and 100% Partner Adoption.

Facilitators praised the new videos for being “fresh, relevant, and relatable.” They described the videos as possessing a “stickiness” that drove higher engagement and better conversations among participants.

Key Contributions

  • Pre-Production Management: Oversaw casting, scheduling, call sheets, shot lists, and logistical planning for the 3-day shoot with a cast of 5 professional actors.
  • On-Set Management: Directed on-set activities, ensuring performance, technical requirements, and adherence to the schedule.
  • Post-Production: Served as Lead Editor, performing the majority of the editing and coordinating efforts with two other editors to ensure timely delivery of all segments.
